On 10/24/17, Donald Zepeda attempted to use the emergency shutoff valve for a tar sands oil pipeline in Skagit County. His trial is currently scheduled for April 2, 2018. The more people show up on the defendant’s side, the more likely the defendant will win or receive a reduced sentence.
